As announced back in August of 2014, on January 12, 2016, Microsoft is ending support for Internet Explorer 8, 9 and 10. What this means is that after this date, Microsoft will no longer offer support or security updates for this browser, and as such, Vestra Interactive will no longer support these browsers either.
What this means for you:
If you are a Vestra Interactive IT client:
We will no longer troubleshoot or attempt to patch the Internet Explorer browser. If a website is not working correctly, you will be directed to download and use a different browser.
If you are a Vestra Interactive Web client:
We will no longer test websites against Internet Explorer 10. We have never supported IE 8 or 9, but have tested against IE 10 in the past. Going forward, we will only test new websites in IE 11 and Microsoft Edge. Of course, we prefer all our clients use Chrome, but we understand everyone has their preferences. In addition to the two Microsoft browsers, we also test against the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome, as well as the mobile version of Chrome and Safari (latest.)
